Kashmir Art Quest, in the past, has organised several other projects which aimed at creating an exchange between artists from different parts of the world. One of these was Kashmir Crossover, an annual international art exchange program in collaboration with US national honorary art fraternity, Kappa Pi – Northwest Missouri State University; and University of Kashmir.
Artists from Kashmir and United States produced works for the exchange program. Works by Kashmiri Artists were showcased in Olive Deluce Gallery in Missouri, US and works by American artists were shown at Ibn e Khaldun Auditorium in Srinagar, Kashmir. Artists also exchanged their ideas via video conferencing. Money was raised during the programme used as small one time grants for talented Kashmiri artists in need.
In the first edition in 2012, more than 100 works by Kashmiri Artists were exhibited at the Olive DeLuce Gallery in Missouri for 7 Days. 20 works by American artists were showcased at the Ibn-i-Khaldun auditorim, University of Kashmir, Srinagar. Scholarship Grants were raised for 3 students (INR 15,000 each)
In the second edition 200 works by 23 Kashmiri artists were displayed at Olive DeLuce Gallery and 24 exclusive works by American artists were created for the exchange.
